At one point, Nicolas Cage had amassed $150M, the majority of which he spent on luxury vehicles, islands, and even zoo animals. Picking up roles in 2021 films “Pig” and “Prisoners of the Ghostland” helped bring his fortunes back to about $25M. Cage also owned multiple homes, and one of his former San Francisco went on the market for $10M.

Located on 898 Francisco Street, there weren’t any takers for the six-bedroom abode when he initially listed it in 2017 for $12M. Cage re-listed the mansion in 2018 asking for $11M, and the $1M price drop in 2020 still didn’t attract any buyers. It wasn’t until 2021 that the residence finally went into contract.
