If we were to come up with the top list of the most unsettling and terrifying serial killers ever, it would be Tsutomu Miyazaki. Due to his terrible actions, he earned numerous nicknames, like The Little Girl Murderer, Dracula Miyazaki, and The Otaku Murderer.
The explanation for this is that he kidnapped young girls, murdered them, and then engaged in inhumane acts with their bodies. He once not only consumed the victim’s blood but also ate their hand. He reportedly kept body pieces as souvenirs and wrote postcards to the victims’ families detailing the murder. Miyazaki’s dad committed suicide; and he was strangled in 2008, at 45 years old.
